Delete a Custom Field
Follow these steps to delete a custom field.
To delete a custom field:

On the Manage Form Fields screen, click the
Delete this Field
icon
in the
Actions column of the form you want to delete.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion on the confirmation window that displays.
